Adams Fences

Adams just installed an ornamental aluminum pool fence as well as some cedar screening for pool equipment. Kevin and crew completed the job 2 days exactly as laid out with minimal damage to the lawn. Very satisfied.

Adams customer service is not good at all. I let them have my lawn tractor for its annual maintenance and they had it for several weeks. Most of the summer. When I called they told me I was on a list to be serviced. Then they told me I was moving close to the top of the list. Then I finally went to the shop to see what was going on and i told them on a list. The guy tells me there is no list. Then he looks up my account and can't find me any where. I talked to the manager right away. She tells me there was some mix up but she would take care of it. Weeks went by and I went back to the shop. It seemed she didn't remember me at all. I demanded my tractor back immediately. I told them I hate to be lied to but for them not to do the work I expected to be done and told it would is too much. She offered me all sorts of extras to calm me down and I told her what to do with them. My local repair shop for tractors and mowers is always busy but if they tell you they will get your machine back in a week you can count on it. But not Adams. The lies turned me off to them and I will not forget that. I think one star is too much.

Great selection and guidance!

I'm a couple years late putting in this review. Mr. Adams and his crew were top notch and worked well with us multiple times (due to surveying error not an error by Mr. Adams, they installed the fence once then came, dug it out and put it in the proper place). Then we had a neighbor's tree fall on our fence and Mr. Adams promptly came out and fixed the fence (the neighbor paid for it). The fence has held up perfectly and we couldn't be happier with their work and if we have any fencing needs in the future Mr. Adams will be the first person we call.

Amazing team!!! Tim, Kevin and Alberto did an amazing job to get or fence up to protect our puppy and make our property safe and looking awesome. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!!!
