We are very happy to give Brendon and Nicole 5 stars! We had a problem having oil delivered as there was no way to access the backyard from the driveway due to snow being piled up everywhere from the recent snow storm. Their skills with a snow plow moving snow around was amazing. Beforre we knew it, in addition to opening up a huge entrance, the driveway looked so much better than it did by the original dig out.Neat and clean and so much more room! Thank you again!!

I used Google reviews to narrow down excavation companies to contact. I decided to contact Kohlmaier and I’m glad I did. I had a sink hole in the backyard. Brenden came out as scheduled and looked over the situation. He described what he thought was causing the problem and suggested a plan of action. He described step by step as to what he would do to locate the cause. When he found the cause he walked me through how he would fix it. This is my short version. Brenden seemed to care about me and my problem as if I was part of his family. When I hire someone I look for trust and respect, Brenden gave me both. I can’t say enough about Kohlmaier Excavation other than if you need an excavator this company would be my choice. 5 + stars

Brenden, Nicole, and Kenny did an amazing job on our driveway! We had a lot of debris rotting under the driveway causing a big sinkhole that he dug up, filled in, and repaired in a way that will be long-lasting and looks great. Brenden is very knowledgeable and kept us informed every step of the process. He and his team did a phenomenal job on our driveway and at a fair price. We could not be happier with the work done and will highly recommend Kohlmaier Excavation LLC to anyone needing any excavation work done. (As a bonus, his team even answered all the questions our very curious 7 year old daughter had about what they were doing! 😊)
