Construction Pros Inc

We wanted a medium sized project done inside our home involving removing a wall, some wiring, sheetrocking, and some involved trim work around stonewalls. I invited several contractors to look at the job and bid on the work. Brian from Construction Pros. came by and he had the best grasp of what we wanted and how to do the job. Their bid was not the lowest but it was the most inclusive for the scope of work we wanted done so we went with them. They planned to start on a Monday but a blizzard delayed the start by one day. All of this was communicated early so we could plan accordingly. When they showed up on Tuesday, they covered the rugs and used plastic to contain the dust and dirt to the immediate work area. Throughout the work they were respectful of our home and caused as little disruption as possible. The work took 4 1/2 days and at the end of each day the crews left the work area relatively clean and tidy and took care to cleanup work areas outside the project (outside of the house where they did cutting, materials storage, etc.) Brian checked in with us every day explaining what was going to happen and alerting us to any issues he discovered. When he discovered a crack in an existing joist, he notified us and then repaired it at no additional charge. He showed me some insulation that was OK but could be improved so I authorized the change and he replaced the existing material with a more substantial installation. Bruan was excellent at communicating options, suggestions, throughout the project execution and it gave us a better overall result. Workmanship, communication, value, reliability - all excellent. Heartily recommend these guys.

We can’t say enough great things about Construction Pro! From start to finish, their team exceeded our expectations. We hired them to finish our basement, and the results are absolutely stunning. They turned what was once an unused space into our dream area, where we’ve already hosted countless family and friend get-togethers. The attention to detail in their craftsmanship is truly impressive. Every corner, every finish, and every design element was handled with care and precision. They were not only professional and efficient but also incredibly easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Construction Pro took the time to listen to our ideas, made thoughtful recommendations, and delivered a final product that perfectly matched our vision. Their team was punctual, respectful of our home, and kept everything clean and organized. We are beyond thrilled with the transformation and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality, reliable contractors who deliver beautiful results.

We have known Brian since he launched his company 20 plus years ago. He has helped remodeled several of our investment properties and two of our homes. He provides great workmanship, value and truly cares about his customers. We have recommended him to many other people without hesitation and in doing so he created repeat customers. If there is ever a question or dissatisfaction Brian will address it quickly and in most cases personally. The Construction Pro crew is very loyal to Brian thus creating a consistent dedicated workforce. John and Renee
