Weird. Aloof. I called numerous times over a couple of days. Had a few conversations. Basically got zero help, No updates, no call back, no business savvy, NOTHING. And I’m without AC and heat and he knows it. Guess he’s independently wealthy. I actually bought what I needed online for 45% cheaper and learned the part number I had was an old number and the company made a new part with a new part number. I spoke to a PROFESSIONAL courteous salesman. Paid $390 in total, instead of $700 plus tax. They also take returns unlike this “wholsaler”. Things happen for a reason. I try to shop from local small businesses to help them out but guess he doesn’t need money. Expect indifference when you call here.
