Outstanding experience! While the tile selection is very impressive, what truly sets this store apart is the exceptional customer service. Cynthia (Cindy), the Store Manager, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right solution. I came in with a tile sample and a challenging situation, and she immediately took the time to listen and understand what I needed. She was able to perfectly match the tile I brought in and then helped elevate the design by recommending the right trim and grout color. The materials arrived within a week, and pickup was seamless. Everything was organized, labeled, and ready to go when I arrived. In a world where great customer service feels rare, Cindy and her team delivered an experience that was above and beyond. The beautiful tile selection brought me into the store, but the outstanding service is what will bring me back for future projects. Without question, this was the best customer service experience I've had in a very long time!

I’ve been dealing with Best Tile in Wappingers Falls for years and have always had a great experience. I’m a contractor, so I’m there often for different projects, and they’ve always been reliable. Andrea is always very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I’ve never had an issue with the service or materials. They have a great selection, good quality products, and a solid team. Definitely recommend Best Tile to contractors and homeowners looking for quality tile and good service.

I don't understand stores which have the reputation of being "the best this or that in the entire area" having almost no stock on hand. Maybe that's simply the model for retail tile stores but not everyone has the luxury of waiting a week or more to start their job. I was told to go to this place because they had a lot of tile on hand, but like every other store, and much smaller ones, they had very few nice things in stock - as clearance items. The wholesale place in Kingston had many many more times as much on hand, at far lower prices. Also, the customer service at Best Tile was not very accommodating or helpful. I wanted buy 7 tiles that they had on hand and they wouldn't sell them because they were samples. I could have pretty close to finished my job with just those, but they said "nope you have to order and wait". I don't have the time - the tile is going in on Sunday. They lost a potential customer and I went back to the wholesale place in Kingston, who had way more stock including the same kinds of fancy custom order stuff, were very accommodating, far cheaper, and willing to think outside the box to help.

I had a great experience at best tile in wappingers. Andrea and the rest of the staff were phenomenal and helped tremendously in picking out tile for our home. I highly recommend and I will definitely be back for the next project. Also prices were very good
