Apap Painting & Renovations

Excellent job done by the crew at Apap Painting with resurfacing of my garage floor. (This work was done thru the Incredible Concrete Concepts part of the company). Overall very pleased with the results. Garage floor was quite pitted and worn and their process for resurfacing the floor made an amazing improvement. The company as a whole seems very well run. From the estimate, when all of the important info and details were explained to me, right thru to the finished work, everything went very smooth.

The men were careful and considerate. What a pleasure to have a crew who seemed to get along with each other. I quote one, “Paint and smile is the way.” Beautiful job all around. Thanks!

If you have a home renovation project, we would highly recommend Apap Painting for all your renovation needs. Their workers are all skilled craftsmen, conscientious workers and take great pride in their work. We cannot say enough good things about them. From our initial estimate from Gary Tully, the project coordinator, Liz Martinez, to the amazing carpenters and painters, they all provide an exceptional experience and an awesome outcome. But there is something very important about Apap you should know. We recently hired Mr. Apap’s company to provide the painting services during the renovation of our half-bathroom on the first floor of our home. We had hired a plumber, a tile specialist and the only remaining need was a painter. Our project was fraught with delays caused by the tile specialist, but Liza Martinez at Apap checked in regularly to ask about the status of the project. Once the tile work was complete, the wall and molding repair, and painting was started and quickly finished. The bathroom looked lovely and the repair work and painting were outstanding. The last step was to install the plumbing fixtures. During this phase, the plumbers massacred the work Mr. Apap’s men had just finished. They left chips in the wall and hacked the new molding to install the sink. Needless to say, when I got home and saw it, I was livid. Fortunately, Ms. Martinez sent over Fausto Macao to repair the damage done by the plumbers. He is an excellent craftsman and did an amazing job of repairing the damage done by the plumbers. You would never know any damage had been done. It looks absolutely beautiful! Why tell you all this in Mr. Apap’s review? Because we learned after all these problems that if had we called Apap Painting first, they would have acted as the general contractor, and we would not have had the problems or the added expenses we had for the project. If you have a home project call Mr. Apap first. You’ll save yourself time and money and have an expert oversee the project. You’ll have a stress-free experience, and a beautiful outcome.

Working with Apap was a great experience and Iwould highly recommend them. The only thing better than thier customer service was the actual work they did. Their crew was vey professional , and skilled. The finished product far exceeded what I was expecting. My project coordinator Liz was a great help keeping me informed and addressing all of my ,,concerns. I would highly recommend Apap.

Great price, quick turn around from time of quote, painter who did the work was efficient, friendly and skilled!
