Richard Shea Construction

We hired Shea Construction to renovate our kitchen and I can honestly say they delivered from start to finish. From the first meeting, they were sharp, collaborative, and easy to work with. They didn’t just nod along and follow the plan, they actually thought, asked the right questions, and offered smart ideas that improved the overall design and saved us money in the process. They even flagged a couple of issues in the early stages that would’ve turned into major problems down the road. Everything was clearly laid out, budget, schedule, scope, no surprises, no nonsense. The thing that really stood out, though, was how they handled a delay with our countertops. The original counters were backordered six weeks, and I was already bracing for a headache. But instead of leaving us stuck, they came up with a quick, low-cost temporary solution that looked so good we actually considered keeping them. That kind of resourcefulness isn’t common. Throughout the job, the team was respectful, communicative, and clean, very clean. Our project wrapped on time, on budget, and without drama. I’ve already recommended them to friends, and I wouldn’t hesitate to bring them back for the next job. Total pros.

Richard Shea built our house 25 years ago and did a superb job. He is thoughtful, responsive, creative and competitively priced. His crew are universally skilled craftsmen and super nice guys. Over the years, whenever we needed maintenance or issues fixed, Richard was always available and never let us down. We could not recommend him more highly.

Richard Shea and his team are professional, thorough and competent. They have completed several projects on the exterior and interior of my home . I have been extremely pleased with all projects that they have completed. I highly recommend Shea Construction.
