Floorcraft Carpet

We’ve gotten many rugs at Floorcraft over the years. Their selection is great, and MaryAnne was so helpful in finding just the right rug to go with our furnishings. Large selection of remnants, all sizes, offers a great money saving option.

I don’t recommend them. Terrible workmanship and they won’t own up to making a mistake. I had my stairs carpeted and a month later I noticed what appeared to be a seam on the last four steps. The carpet was fraying and separating on what seemed to be a seam. When they came out to look, I asked why would your guys put a seam on stairs? He told me they wouldn’t put a seam and his crew would never do that. He said maybe a factory defect. And told me they would replace the carpet on the last four steps with the leftover pieces. I had to call them again to get them to come fix it. They came and removed the carpet and they in fact did put a seam on the last four steps. That’s not quality workmanship. I won’t be using them again.
