Boniello Development

We purchased a townhouse from the Boniello Development as it was being built and the entire process was joyful and stressless. It is a family run operation and each member of the family was a pleasure to deal with. No question or concern was too small and all the principals were available at pretty much anytime. They addressed any issue we might have had quickly and satisfactorily. The construction quality was above par and the choices of finishes and upgrades was extensive and reasonably priced. I never felt taken for granted or taken advantage of, and did I mention the quality of work! I know its not common, but there literally was not a thing wrong when we moved in; no construction errors ,no dings or dents or scratches. It was perfect. What attracted us to this development was the Geo-Thermal heat and air conditioning being used. Our energy costs are a fraction of what they were in our previous house. I would highly recommend the Boniello's as a developer for two main reasons; their obvious attention to detail in all matters of construction and their very personal touch dealing with homeowners.

Full service builders, high quality, attention to detail. Can’t say enough. Definitely recommend!

Nice place, everything is new.
