JSM 24/7 Emergency Services

Woke up to no hot water and my 16 yr old water heater dripping water. Called JSM at 7:30 am ,by 9:30am Joe was in my driveway with a new water heater . They are very professional and took care to make sure everything was done neatly, carefully and correct. Because Joe is soo thorough, he noticed some small holes in my flue that could have been missed and leak carbon monoxide into the house, he took care of that too!. So thankful for guys like Joe that answer the call, don’t keep you waiting all day and charge you a fair price !

I was having problems with my furnace when I suddenly had an issue with one of my radiators that was running water like a faucet. I called Joseph, and he immediately answered the phone and offered to come over to shut the water off and take a look at the problem. Thankfully, my father had already been able to turn the water off, so Joseph arranged to come out the following morning. He made a 9:00 AM appointment with me and arrived promptly, right on time. Joseph took the time to carefully explain what was happening and what needed to be done. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, and thorough, and I really appreciated that he didn't rush through the situation. He spent a considerable amount of time making repairing everything and making sure it was properly working after the repair was done and also, that I understood the work that would be required. It's not always easy to find someone who is this responsive and dependable, especially when you're dealing with an unexpected home emergency. I really appreciated Joseph's quick response, professionalism, and willingness to help. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for someone reliable!

Joe is masterful at his trade. He listens well, does his research and returns with various options. He's very skilled, knowledgeable, fair and a great guy as well. He installed a conventional boiler, a water heater and repaired a rare, vintage shower mechanism for us. We couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.

Joseph is a great man, I called him over the phone with great concerns regarding my boiler overheating and intense heat .After my previous plumber did not respond after 2 weeks of attempts to call with no follow up. Joseph was very professional and knowledgeable. He knew what the problem was with the information I gave him over the phone. Joseph came after hours to personally check that everything was working to code and solved my issue. He gave me a lot of good recommendations to keep my boiler working efficiently. I am definitely going to call Joseph again and would recommend him to anyone looking for a honest knowledgeable plumber who would not take advantage of you. Thanks again Joseph 👍🏼
