PEREZ HVAC INDUSTRIES LLC

Perez HVAC installed ceiling cassettes in all my bedrooms. They were an amazing company to work with! Extremely respectful of our house, leaving everything meticulously clean and going out of their way to create the least amount of disturbances. Look no further, you will find no better value, quality of service and expertise.

Recently I had a Mitsubishi Ductless system installed with 4 heads and 1 outdoor unit. These are cooling & heating for 2000sq feet. I searched around for quotes and sat on it for 2 months because they came off extremely expensive. Then I decided to go with Perez HVAC because they were in the middle of the road price AND offered the electrical work, siding and dry wall cover up AND permits. All companies provided a price breakdown and part numbers and this company seemed like a no brainer considering they were charging substantially less for the units themselves. Most people will give you a song & story for why they are expensive, but Perez came in ready to work and laid it out simple. The aesthetic finish is also satisfying considering they had to run tubing across the house and hid it well. All the work was done in 3.5 days, working 8-4pm. Highly recommend them and respect the hustle.

It is a great pleasure to find a contractor who is eager for business, is qualified for the task, and is honest and fair with their pricing. I highly recommend Christian and his team. They did outstanding work at my Greenwich home, and I am extremely satisfied with the results.

100% recommended company. They work from start to finish, are very responsible, do good work, and have good prices.
