A good start with a hope that they are reliable and competent. We have signed up for the Solver plan for the oil heat. The price would be good if you are ok with them showing up for a service call during 9 to 5 within 24 hours from the call. Any visit before or after 9 to 5 is a flat fee of $400! I have made the decision to accept these terms but I am somewhat apprehensive. I say this because this is the first year they are supporting oil heat. The technician seemed new on the job and had to call his boss on several times. After the initial tune-up, they sent me a report showing how my system fared on different metrics. And then I received an email with a $2,200+ estimate for completely cleaning up the heat exchanger cleanup without any calls from a manager or the technician as to why they sent this estimate and why I should consider. I will cut them some slack since this is their first year for the methane of oil furnace but I hope that I made the right decision.
