Abraham’s team did an exceptional job on our bathroom renovation. From start to finish, the crew showed up each day at the time they had told us they would, and worked diligently each day to complete our bathroom. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I decided to move into our home in Yonkers in September 2025. The house needed a tremendous amount of work, and honestly, finding the right contractor was one of the biggest decisions we had to make. We spoke with and vetted several contractors, but something about Abraham Innabi from Renzi’s Home Improvements gave us the feeling that he was the right person for the job. Looking back, we know we made the right decision. From the very beginning, Abraham was friendly, professional, and genuinely excited about helping us turn our house into the home we envisioned. What impressed us most wasn’t just the work itself—it was the way Abraham treated us throughout the entire process. He listened. He answered our questions. He took the time to understand what we wanted, and he never made us feel like we were being difficult or asking too much. I called him at different times of the day, and if he couldn’t answer, he made a point of calling me back. His communication through text was also excellent. He kept us informed, responded promptly, and continued communicating until he knew we were on the same page. I also want to be honest: like any major home renovation, the project wasn’t perfect. There were frustrating moments and things that I wasn’t happy with. But this is actually where Abraham earned my respect. Instead of becoming defensive or avoiding the issue, he listened to my concerns and did everything he could to make things right. He worked to correct the problems and make sure I was satisfied. To me, that’s what separates a good contractor from a great one. Anyone can do a job when everything goes smoothly. What really matters is how someone responds when there are problems. Abraham showed us that our satisfaction wasn’t just something he talked about—it was something he genuinely cared about. By the end of the project, we didn’t just feel like we had hired a contractor. We felt that we had found someone we could trust. Renzi’s Home Improvements was absolutely the right choice for our family, and I would recommend Abraham without hesitation. Abraham and his team were fantastic start to finish. He was so incredibly responsive, which makes a huge difference, clearly communicated and was entirely reasonable with everything. The team he had was dedicated, hardworking and really could do it all!!
