Clear Pools and Hot Tubs

This is long but I cannot say enough great things about Clear Pools but most importantly Ely. It is very difficult to find a company that will service above ground pools so I was shocked that they did. I first spoke to Tom and I told him the state of my pool which was beyond terrible. We never had time to clean it and then neglected it so it got out of control for over a year. He assured me that Ely was the man for the job. Ely came right away to assess the situation and they gave me a quote and timeline right away. I agreed but was skeptical. The company that installed my pool created a disaster so I was cautiously hopeful. The first day it was pouring rain yet they came and worked in the rain all day which surprised me. Two days later my pool was crystal clear. Two days!!! I have never, ever in all my years hired anyone that did what they promised with work, cost and a timeline. From the very start they were professional and were in constant communication with me. Ely is the ultimate professional in his attitude, work ethic and communication. I still cannot believe what Ely accomplished in two days. I am continuing with pool maintenance with them going forward and you should look no further if you're looking for a pool company. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!

good prices - they came same day to clean the pool before a party i was hosting and it was just on time

very professional company
