BIG G POOLS SERVICE

Where do I even begin, Guillermo was a complete professional. Sweet and caring and so knowledged. We did not close our pool the way it should’ve and when he took the cover off it was a mess (as shown). By the time he left the pool was blue. We were in complete shock! The pool was not ready to swim just yet but the 1st days progress was incredible. He is with you until it’s up and running and we couldn’t have done it without him and his team. We love him and are so thankful for finding him.

We’ve had a great experience with Guillermo and his team, including Jose, for our pool maintenance and service. They are thorough, careful, and clearly take pride in doing quality work the right way rather than rushing through a job. They have been excellent with regular service—reliable, detail-oriented, and always making sure everything is in top shape. What really sets Guillermo apart is his honesty and depth of knowledge. He gives straightforward advice on upgrades, repairs, and what is actually worth doing versus what can wait. It never feels like he is trying to upsell—just giving honest recommendations based on experience. His pricing has always been fair, and he has gone above and beyond without nickel-and-diming us for every small issue or quick fix. Guillermo is also incredibly responsive and easy to reach by phone whenever something comes up. He has helped troubleshoot issues quickly, handled warranty claims, and taken ownership of problems until they are fully resolved. A perfect example was when Pentair initially sent a rep to replace the circuit board on our pump under warranty—Guillermo stepped in, advocated for the proper solution, and ultimately got the entire pump replaced instead. The quality of their work has been outstanding, from plumbing repairs and upgrades to heater installation and saltwater system conversion. You can tell they understand pools inside and out and care about doing things properly for the long term. If you want a knowledgeable, honest, and dependable pool company that stands behind their work, I highly recommend Guillermo and his team.

★★★★★ Big G Pool Service is a wonderful company and truly one of the best pool service teams around. They do excellent work, especially with vinyl liner installations and ongoing pool service. It’s clear they take pride in their work and value their customers. If you’re looking for dependable, knowledgeable pool professionals who deliver quality results, I highly recommend Big G Pool Service.

Last summer I had a massive job to complete - my pool was an absolute disaster and needed liner replacement, coping and removal and replacement, paving, new retaining wall, movement of pump and heater, french drain, step repair and new lights. I talked to several companies but only Big G was willing to take it all on - and, what struck me most was how important was to him to make sure that he got everything right, while also at a reasonable price. Big G was responsive and his team worked hard and did great quality work - he is definitely one of the best, if not the best contractor I have ever engaged to work on my home. Definitely, a customer for life - my family thanks you Big G! Can't wait to use our pool this summer!
