Your virtual receptionist put me on hold 3 times just to take my name down. Could not even make an appointment

Made an appointment online for an estimate. Got an email confirmation with the date and time. Took off of work so I would be present for when they come. An hour goes by and they’re not here. I call and they said that it is just a request, not an actual appointment (even though the email was a confirmation of the appointment?) then they said they have been having issues with the website. Which one is it? Asked to talk to a manager and they said not possible. Asked if they were going to do anything for the inconvenience or for my loss of pay and they said they can’t. Reported them to the better business bureau of NY - someone will be investigating the company further.
