Abel Air Conditioning & Heating Systems

Abel Air installed a Weil-Mclean Boiler in my home and I am extremely satisfied with their service. I researched this purchase carefully and learned that a careful installation was as important (mabe more) than the boiler itself. Not to worry with this team. Dain intelligently surveyed my premises followed by Doug and Joe who methodically removed the old boiler. Doug has been with the company for years and as an old soul knew all the ins and outs of a Mclean System. These guys were courteous and hardworking. When it came to bringing the new boiler into my house - they called on added manpower who strategized a novel approach of access through my backyard! I had been considering two other boiler brands...and their companies. It can be a dizzying enterprise. But I set all that worry aside by going with Abel who has been doing these installations for years!

Highly recommend Abel air conditioning and heating systems. We had a great experience with Doug and his team, knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. We will continue to use them for all of our HVAC needs.

I recently had Abel Air conditioning and heating install a new HVAC system in my home and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Doug and his crew showed up when they said they would, worked hard, and took the time to answer all my questions throughout the process. They were professional, respectful of my home, and made sure everything was done right. The new system is running great, and it’s already made a noticeable difference in comfort. It’s hard to find contractors you can trust these days, but Abel definitely earned my confidence. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, quality HVAC work.

Doug has been a great help to me over the years. He's guided me so that I can make my own simple repairs. He's spent time working with me over the phone doing troubleshooting and diagnosis. If it's something more technical he comes out and he takes care of the issue. I'd recommend Abel Air and team to help with any HVAC need.

Doug has been installing and maintaining air conditioning, whole house humidifier and other HVAC items for us for at least 30 years. The original split units he installed in our sun room and a wine cooler are still running well. When our contractor got a high estimate for some duct work in an exercise area, we asked Doug for an estimate and he was half of what the contractor's HVAC man had offered. On the rare occasions when there is a problem, Doug is easy to reach and responds quickly. He knows what he is doing and is a very careful worker. He's the only person who has given me technical advice on a Nest thermostat that was actually thoughtful and accurate.
