BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS!!!! Would rate zero stars if I could. Charged us $1400 to have a group of guys come out for maybe 20 minutes, stand around our sewage ejector pump that was not working, and tell us the problem was a surge protector on the outlet so they literally just unplugged it and plugged it back in, and they also pulled a piece of rope out….somehow missing the fact that the pump was completely disconnected from the pipe. After getting attitude from them when we tried to call and ask for more help, we had to have someone else from a different company come a few days later, who immediately saw the issue and was SHOCKED they missed it. We have been back and forth for weeks questioning the charge only for them to tell us they spent nearly 3 hrs on the job (NOT TRUE AT ALL) and that we agreed up front for any charges….absolute scammers who are just avoiding any real work by doing the bare minimum and tricking people into exorbitant charges and fees. Do yourself a favor and use someone else. We will NEVER use again.

terrible people Beware !! put a fuse box that didn't work instead of fixing this box they charge me 1k and then told me to change a pump they quote 5k i totally refuse i got this done for less than half never got my money back ... now they want to charge for a job they didn't do they harassing me every other day

I see I'm not the only one who complained about their travel charge. We hired them and they charge not only going to the job but also coming back from the job. Apparently they claimed that it took TWO hours to get from White Plains to mamaroneck and back. As a resident of Westchester county I love how people who work in Westchester think that we're idiots and don't know how long it actually takes to get from point A to point B when you drive it every single day. They even tried to claim that it's because they have to take local roads like as if none of us take local roads such as the heathcote bypass, mamaroneck avenue, fenimore, The list goes on I never saw such a outrageous claim. They say they also have GPS All I know they're going around in circles or pulling over to the side of the road and waiting out the clock. I'm sorry but if you're going to be in this industry charging travel time to and from at the same rate as the service itself is really outrageous and frankly is a cost of doing business. I do cable management and do low voltage cable as well as computer repair and I would never do this to my clients. I think what made it even worse was that they provided a quote and then they forgot to include the travel time. Then afterwards they added it back. What's even more hysterical Is that then when they gave us the final bill they forgot to include the travel time. The bill was then paid and then after the bill was paid they said they made another mistake and they forgot to include all the travel time.
