I discovered bed bugs in my computer chair and search for best bed bug exterminator in nyc and came across ace. I spoke with Luis Pantaleon who came over with 10 minutes with his service specialist. They did an accessment and we scheduled the service right away. To my surprise after they did the service I didn't see any bed bugs at all. Is been 3 months since I received the service. Thanks Luis and his team for a phenomenal service.

Luis came over the same day we called and gave our home a professional inspection. He was wonderful to work with and such a kind person! Don’t hesitate to call, you’ll be in good hands.

I had bed bugs for over 6 months. I tried all kinds of DYI methods and nothing worked. I was referred to Luis Pantaleon and his company by a friend who unfortunately got bed bugs from visiting me. Luis and his service specialist did one treatment and eradicated the problem. They came back and did a follow up bed bug inspection and confirm issue was resolved.

Luis was so helpful to us after we received an incorrect opinion from another company. He did an efficient job and treated in the same day. He kept us apprised as he inspected and as he treated. Best of all he was so kind, supportive, and informative! Luis went out of his way to make a really bad situation less bad!
