Air Care Technicians LLC

I can confidently recommend Nick from Air Care Technicians. He was professional, honest, punctual, straightforward, and genuinely great to work with every step of the way. Shortly after moving into our new house, our central AC failed. I've never had central AC before, so I didn’t know what to expect or what our options were. We called Nick based on the strength of his existing reviews, and I’m very glad we did. From the beginning, Nick was patient and thorough. He explained what was going on, gave us a range of options, shared his recommendation, and never tried to confuse us or push us toward something more expensive and complicated. We ultimately decided to replace our entire HVAC system. Nick’s quote was extremely reasonable, but there was no compromise in the level of service. He even spent about an hour at our house one evening simply answering our questions and talking us through the decision. Throughout the process, he was always on time, responded quickly, kept us constantly updated, and was diligent about making sure everything was handled properly. Having worked with lots of professionals in the course of moving into our house, Nick's level of service was well above what we have experienced. We had an excellent experience and will absolutely call Nick again for any work we need in the future.

Reliable, explains everything so well, honest and friendly. Great service!

I absolutely and highly recommend Nick Pelliccio, the owner and operator of Air Care Technicians, for any HVAC work. He is honest, knowledgeable, experienced, very reliable and very customer focused. As a homeowner for over 50 years, I know how essential it is to have local contractors who I can count on. Nick is one of those people. Nick was recommended to me by my longtime local electrician, after my previous HVAC contractor retired. Last year Nick installed a new Bosch split unit that works perfectly in a newly renovated space. The other day he came and did a routine service on the Bosch. Coincidentally, that day, with temps in the 90's, one of my old central A/C compressors broke down. Nick quickly determined the cause, went and picked up the replacement parts, and made the repairs. Guys like Nick Pelliccio are hard to find.

Technician Nick was absolutely great, polite, knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fixed my unit in 96° weather. I would highly recommend. Thank you Nick for your service.

I had a great experience with Air Care Technician! Nick was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. The service was prompt, the work was high quality, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. It's hard to find companies that genuinely care about their customers, and this one certainly does. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable HVAC service!
