Air Professional Associates

I am having such trouble with this company—I can’t even get a callback from a manager (as requested) after asking g 3 times and being told he is busy out in the field! They installed my heat pumps system 6 years ago and the ac hasn’t worked for the last 3 summers. They just sent me an estimate for $2400 for a repair with not even the courtesy of a phone call to explain what is going on!! And now they are saying the system is out of warranty even though it hasn’t worked correctly for years! What kind of company operates that way. Plus, I pay extra every year to have the system maintained and they have never once called me to schedule maintenance! I am always calling them when the system is not working. Shameful

I just had my first experience with APA, my technician was Dylan. Dylan explained in detail what he was doing, problems he found, actually solving the problem I had. Two previous air conditioning company didn’t find the issue causing my problem. APA is my company now! I can recommend them without reservation. I just had a new HVAC with heat pump installed ,my tech this time was Liam who was personable, knowledgable ,on time I couldn’t be more pleased. Again, excellent service by a company that I trust.

Great company. Install crew efficient and clean. The service tech was sketch, I believe his name is Tony R. I had no choice but to believe his diagnosis, system was already at life expectancy, from 2018. He said it was time. It worked before he got here, but at least it is only 23,000 to change. Five stars. Tony Rojas from APA is special. Spectrum special.
