AJ Tiles LLC

I cannot recommend John and his team highly enough for their exceptional work on our small bathroom renovation. What started as a cramped, outdated space that also had a hole in it from a downed tree has been transformed into a stunning, functional oasis that exceeds every expectation we had. The true showcase of their craftsmanship was the intricate tile installation. Our bathroom had several challenging angles (and let's be honest, a slightly high maintenance customer!), and we requested a stacked pattern for the walls. Here's what made this extra challenging - the tiles came as individual pieces, not webbed together, meaning every single tile had to be placed by hand, one by one. When I first saw the completed work, I literally gasped. It was absolutely flawless. The precision, the perfect alignment, the attention to every tiny detail - it's the kind of craftsmanship that makes you stop in your tracks and just stare in amazement. Despite working in our home during the renovation, John's team maintained a clean worksite daily, protected our other rooms from dust and debris, and treated our property with complete respect. But here's what really impressed me - they even went above and beyond by touching up existing issues in our hallway that also had damage from the fallen tree. They didn't have to do that, but they saw it needed attention and just took care of it. John really takes his profession seriously, and it shows in every aspect of his work. He's not just skilled with his hands - he's a fantastic communicator and problem solver. When challenges arose (and they always do in renovations), John made every attempt to figure out solutions that worked for everyone involved. His approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and always focused on delivering the best possible result. John's team transformed our small bathroom into our favorite room in the house. In an industry where truly quality work can be hard to find, the combination of John's skilled craftsmanship, creative problem-solving, and genuine care for customer satisfaction makes him stand out completely. I can't wait to work with John again. I would absolutely hire again without reservation. 10/10 Renovation included: New shower tiles New floor tile Removal of old radiator and added radiant heat flooring New electrical and switches New hardware New lighting throughout New vanity New toilet New soapstone sink Added wainscotting Painting and other detail work

John and John Claude, a father-son team and business, is beyond perfection! John has been doing tiling for over 40 years, and his work is superb! John Claude's communication before and throughout the job was excellent which is so important as everyone knows when you have contractors or workers in your home. I generally get a few estimates before a house project, but after meeting John Claude and reading their stellar reviews on their website and google, I felt the price was right and John Claude had advice and knowledge of what needed to be done to replace my leaking tiled master shower floor. Their work is stunning and I'm thrilled with my new shower which is quite large and couldn't be happier that we hired such experts! Thank you, John and John Claude!! It was a pleasure having you in my home.

John Claude and the rest of the team at AJ Tile did an amazing job. From start to finish, from quoting the job quickly, giving tile suggestions, precisely measuring out the diagonal layout of tiles we wanted on our kitchen floor, and completing the job, they were efficient and courteous the whole way through. I highly recommend them!
