We purchased a SubZero refrigerator from Albano Appliance. Since I was having my kitchen renovated the timing of when I needed the appliance vs. when I ordered it did not line up properly. They held it for me for over a month without charging any stocking fees. I then had an issue with the kitchen installer and Fred, the owner, helped me out immensely with how to hold the installer accountable for not installing it properly. I always try to support small businesses and this one 100% deserves your business.
