Just want to share that we have been a customer of All Time for many years and are always pleased with service and any needs that arise. This is the worst alarm detection company of all time! My wife and I bought a house that already had their existing system. Since living here we've had multiple smoke detection warnings that were never detected by this company or the fire department was never alerted. All Time sent a technician who had no idea how to fix the system and then sent me a bill for almost $400 for the service call. They came to setup a new WiFi transmitter which was supposed to resolve the issue. Then we got a low temperature warning and All Time could not explain how to turn the alarm off so disabled it for 2 weeks. They were supposed to call us the next day to help resolve the issue but never did. Finally we got a carbon monoxide warning from our consumer detectors and All Time's never went off. I called them and the technician said it was just a low battery. I didn't trust them so called the fire department who came and detected massive amounts of carbon monoxide in my home and evacuated us until they resolved it. If I had listened to All Time and didn't call the fire department my wife and I could have died in our sleep! We are now looking into legal action against this company. Don't ever use them if you want to have your lives safe!!!
