All Westchester Garage Doors - All Garage Door Spring Repair

From the day we moved into our new home in Pelham, I knew that the garage door will be something we are going to have to deal with sooner or later. And it came sooner from what I anticipated. Just by looking at the door, I could tell that we are going to have to get a new door. I called 4 contractors, and researched online, and knew I want a new door with window in it, so I will have some natural light coming into the garage when I paint. All Westchester Garage Doors offered quality and made the best impression. We paid a deposit of 35%, and the next week we got the new door, with window section. It was the best decision we made since we moved into our new home.

One day I tried to open the door to the garage, and the opener was dead. I was kind of expecting it to happen since it slowly got weaker over the years. All Westchester Garage Doors installed for us new motor that changed everything. But leaving the installment which was perfect, they were so friendly and funny, that I just enjoyed having them working on our garage. The best service I got in years!

For no reason I couldn’t get our garage door to open anymore. I tried with the clicker, then the keyless entry, and eventually from inside the garage. All Westchester Garage Doors was the company that responded fastest than all other companies. Ray did some testing, and then told me: There is no power. I showed him where our fuse box is, and he asked if it is ok to lift up one of the breakers. I said yes, and the door was working again. 30 bucks was all he asked for, and I gladly added 10 more. I couldn’t ask for more.

Very professional service. When one of the coil spring on my overhead door in New Rochelle snapped, I called All Westchester Garage Doors for help. They have same day service in New Rochelle, and later that day Mike came over and replaced the broken springs (he actually replaced both springs). He had many spring in the van, so he was able to replace the springs right there on the spot. Very efficient service. It wasn’t even 4 hours from the moment I called, until they fixed the door.

All Westchester Garage Doors hire honest and professional techs. I learned it the hard way that when a tech tells you to replace a spring, you need to listen. I should have listened to Steven. When he replaced the broken spring two weeks ago, he recommended to replace both springs although the other wasn’t broken. It is just matter of time before the other will break. Suspicious I assumed he is trying to up sale. So did not approve the second spring replacement. And what do you know, 12 days later, and the other one broke just like he said. So lesson learned. Cost me money and time I could save. So: 5 stars for being pros. Top stars for honest inception. Bottom line: All Westchester Garage Doors is the most professional company you will find in Mamaroneck.
