Was just paid a visit by a young and arrogant guy trying to sell pest control services to me. I politely indicated that I was not at all interested and he continued to “pitch me” despite me reiterating. Instead of respecting my decision he took his sweet time leaving my porch.

Ringing doorbells at 9:20 pm isn't marketing, it's the lead in to a scam. Checking BBB reviews, they were dropped last year for so many complaints. Most of the complaints were based in pushy marketing, difficulties in cancelling service and cancellation fees, hidden fees. I would avoid this company at all cost.

This company comes bothering you, telling you about their services and milk as much money as they can from you even without your permission. I am beyond furious with how much they have been charging me simply for a one time payment! I am not even the owner of the house they came too, I just wanted the $25 wasp nest removal service yet they are milking money from a college students bank account. That’s how they get so much money; from scamming people and hoping you don’t notice it. I would rather have pests than hire them for anything.

I would not recommend this pest control service. The membership fees are extremely expensive for what you get, and the treatments were not effective. After months of service, we saw no meaningful improvement, making the cost completely unjustifiable. What’s even worse is their cancellation policy and customer service. Despite moving out of the service area (which should be a valid reason to end services), they were completely inflexible and insisted on charging exorbitant cancellation fees. There was zero willingness to work with us or show any understanding. Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive throughout the process. The entire experience felt predatory, and the value simply isn’t there. Between the high costs, ineffective service, and aggressive cancellation practices, this membership is not worth it. Honestly, it feels like a scam.
