Arrow Auto Glass

I left this same review after receiving my post-service email, and I'm proud to replicate it here. Allow me to provide context as to give any prospective customer an idea of just how high the professionalism, affordability, and caring this company provided us. My wife is a critically disabled dialysis patient, and I am her full time caregiver. Due to financial constraints,we no longer have our vehicle. A friend of our family, who is elderly, selflessly gave me rides to the hospital where my wife has had multiple long term stays in the past year. One terribly inclement evening,we were returning from visiting my wife, when a speeding tractor trailer sideswiped her minivan, causing the driver's side window to burst all over us. He didn't even apply his brakes, and continued down the highway. We also had no choice but to proceed forward,as there was no shoulder available and traffic behind us. This was during a sudden downpour of rain. Being that this is her only means of transportation,I felt so horribly guilty and wanted to get this window repaired as quickly as possible. I'm on a fixed income. I checked Safelite, they wanted $550 plus they couldn't arrive for over a week. Arrow was the only other mobile option where they could come to us to replace the window. I was able to get a quote that was extremely affordable,at $208, and the technician was able to come within 24 hours! Jack, the technician, was affable, calming, knowledgeable, professional, empathetic, and understanding. He had what I initially believed would be a difficult at best project completed in no time at all. Not only that, the window actually works better than it did before it was broken! I'm making a larger effort to shed a spotlight on Arrow because in the current life I have to live day after day, filled with stress, uncertainty, and fear, any difficult obligation I have that gets solved quickly is an enormous gift. I'm grateful to Jack, and I'm grateful to Arrow, and i will be for eternity. I'll recommend them to anyone that'll listen. Personalized service is extremely rare in this day and age,and I assure you,Arrow is one company that hasn't forgotten just how crucial that is in life.
