Is it possible to give negative stars? Dominic is the rudest, most confrontational individual I have ever encountered in the service industry, and that is saying a lot. I can’t believe he’s the owner and they are still in business. He was incredibly confrontational in my home, continually cutting me off and multiple times referring to me as a “difficult woman” and stepping into my face. I was so uncomfortable that I called my neighbor to come over and stay with me, and also a representative from my community, until he left. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR A SERVICE! DO NOT USE!!!

We have been using Automatic Alarm's for 20 years. My husband recently died which was something that Dominick was notified about. I gave him my new contact number and when our contract was renewed instead of contacting me they cut off our service. When I call to question him why he did that he was incredibly rude and said "If you don't like it get someone else!" That's exactly what I did. There is something wrong with this man and I would never ever recommend him.

Asked them to come out to quote a Service Contract. Dominic was highly unprofessional and abrasive. I understand why he might not have wanted to offer a quote for a service contract, but he was abrupt and rude. He might want to take some classes in communicating effectively with the public. He walked out after 2 min saying "I'm not interested". Which again, is fine. To be honest, I was not interested either after meeting him.

Their contract for oil burner protection coverage clearly states annual with automatic renewal and their invoices clearly state service Jan xxxx year THRU Dec xxxxyear. Had an outage, they claimed they only cover thru Marhc 30. Contacted owner Dominic, who was abusive on phone, told me to read the contract ( which I had) and said he had no intention of providing said service. False advertising. Certainly my elderly parents for whom I am POA were duped. Avoid at all costs.
