Bellantoni Landscape

I invested over $22,000 in a landscaping project with Bellantoni Landscape and have been extremely disappointed with the follow-up service. Several of the plants installed as part of the project subsequently died. After discussing the issue with Bellantoni, they promised that the failed plantings would be replaced. Unfortunately, despite numerous emails and phone calls over many months, I have received little to no response. I have retained copies of multiple unanswered emails and records of my attempts to contact the company. I also provided a written deadline for a response, which passed without any acknowledgement. My biggest concern is not simply that plants died, but the complete lack of communication and customer service after the installation was completed. When a company stands behind its work, customers should not have to repeatedly chase them for updates or responses. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Bellantoni Landscape to anyone who expects reliable post-project support, timely communication, or responsiveness when issues arise after installation.

Bellantoni did an excellent job cleaning up the pond and garden all around my property. Their attention to detail is unmatched!

We have now used Bellantoni for three drainage project on our house, in our yard, and for our driveway. We keep coming back to them because of their end to end support and stunning customer service. A big shout out to Luca who has managed each of our projects from start to finish. Luca went above and beyond. He sourced an engineer who we needed to create a design to optimize and mitigate the best water flow away from our property. Luca would follow up with the engineer and myself to ensure all was aligned, he then made sure the team executed the plans down to the detail. And then, once the project was over, he did a complete walk through with me. Luca is also fluent in native plants and has helped us talk through beautiful landscaping plans that help create pollinator pathways for the wildlife around us - which is very important to us. So grateful to the Bellantoni team for all of their support over the years. They are worth every penny! I feel relieved that I know who to call anytime we need drainage or landscaping support.

really great work & even better customer service for our place in Tarrytown. Definitely recommend them.
