Benjamin Rose Build & Design

The entire team at Benjamin Rose Build & Design was wonderful to work with! They helped us design plans for our renovation and successfully obtain the necessary permits from our town. Throughout the entire process, they were professional, responsive, and kept us informed every step of the way. Their communication was excellent, and they consistently provided updates on all aspects of the planning process. We highly recommend Benjamin Rose Build & Design to anyone considering a renovation project!

Seth is an honest, transparent contractor. He stays in touch and his communication is stellar.

Seth and his team redid our house, which was a full gut renovation. They did great work and were priced fairly. Seth clearly knows his stuff - he brought a high level of expertise to the project, communicated clearly, and helped guide decisions along the way. The process felt organized and transparent, and they were reliable in keeping things moving and making what could have been a stressful renovation feel manageable. Thank you!!

Seth, Sydney, Noah and their team gave us our dream home! It was a complete gut job of a 1950s Cape Cod, and the transformation was something straight out of a renovation show. As with any major undertakings of older homes, we had our share of surprises, but their honest and helpful guidance assisted us in navigating the challenges that arose, and we could not be happier with the end product. There are horror stories of contractors leaving jobs unfinished, being painfully difficult to work with, blaming others for mistakes, etc, but Seth and crew were stand-up and genuine from start to finish, so we would highly recommend using them for any construction or renovation projects without batting an eyelid. Thanks a mil once again, guys!

Benjamin Rose Build & Design did an outstanding job on our retaining wall. The project was in a very difficult-to-access location, and many contractors wouldn’t even take it on. I am so grateful they did! They were professional, punctual, communicative, and fairly priced. We’re very happy with the final result and would gladly work with them again. Highly recommend.
