Ben's Garage Doors Services

The BOOM was telling me one thing: The garage door’s springs has gone!! It happens, at least it has been over 10 years since the last time it did. I checked online tutorials and after seeing all the tension adding process I quickly realized that a garage door pro would be needed for this job, so I went on Yorktown Heights Facebook group and found that many home owners recommend Ben’s Garage Doors Services. I called and Linda answered immediately and agreed to send a pro to my house within 45 minutes. Less than 40 minutes later Ben was here and had our door all buttoned up and re-lubed and perfect within an hour. Ben was friendly, quoted a fair price, did excellent and thorough work and did not stop until the door was working perfectly. All of the reviews are legit, Ben’s Garage Doors Services is solid and will help you with your garage door. Thanks so much Ben! HIGHLY recommended!

When I first bought my house in Yorktown, the inspection report stated that at some point I would need to have my garage door serviced and to add safety feature. But hey, it worked at the moment so obviously I let it be. Come 3 months later... BAM! The garage door would not open. I knew I needed to do my homework to find the right company in Yorktown Heights to fix my garage. I naturally went on Google to see who I would go with and Ben’s Garage Doors Services seemed to have genuine reviews and couple people I know personally gave them 5 stars. So I gave them a buzz, both said the same: ONLY Ben’s Garage Doors Services!!! I called and schedules service ($30 is their minimum fee). Ben was able to see me in a timely manner. Not only did he come 15 minutes earlier then his window time (He did call to confirm it is OK), he instantly found the problem - broken springs. He walked me through the process of fixing the problem. He was done fixing the spring and inspected my door opener in little less than one hour. He showed me the parts that broke and explained to me what to expect and told me everything else looked great. It's refreshing to work with such a honest, professional person. His cost were fair and did not try to up sell anything. I highly recommend Ben’s Garage Doors Services for your garage needs! I know they will have my business from now on, just hopefully not anytime soon.
