Best Plumbing Tile & Stone

Our first experience with Anne Davidson at Best Plumbing, Yorktown< was in 2015, when we were renovating a bathroom. The exceptional customer service Anne provided left such a lasting impression that, more than a decade later, she was the sole reason we returned to Best Plumbing for another bathroom renovation. Once again, Anne exceeded our expectations. She is incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, professional, competent, and, most importantly, an absolute pleasure to work with. Anne patiently guided us through the entire purchasing process, taking the time to explain the advantages and disadvantages of various products and helping us make well-informed decisions. Her expertise, attention to detail, and practical recommendations saved us considerable time and ultimately helped us achieve a better finished product. What truly sets Anne apart is her genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. She doesn't simply sell products; she takes a personal interest in helping her customers make the best choices for their projects. Exceptional customer service is what brings customers back, and Anne is a perfect example of that. I highly recommend Anne Davidson to anyone who values knowledgeable guidance, professionalism, and outstanding customer service, and Best Plumbing for its quality products. Thank you, Anne, for another outstanding experience!

Was in a few weeks ago, manager very standoffish. I’ll go elsewhere from now on.

We are started our bathroom renovations this summer, and we truly could not have done it without Anne Davidson’s patience and true knowledge of all the products. She guided us through each selection and gave us so many good tips and things to think about. She even prepared a list of questions for us to give to our contractor so we knew which products would be best to purchase. I would always recommend Best Plumbing in Yorktown, most especially Anne for any bathroom and kitchen updates. We are very happy customers!

With so many challenging aspects of life these days, as we navigate division and negativity throughout the media and beyond, I’d like to take a moment to share a genuinely positive experience… As a kitchen and bathroom contractor, I cannot say enough good things about Anne Davidson… I sent my clients to Best Plumbing for their fixture selections, where Anne was their point person… Once the selections were made, I took over the ordering and delivery process, which meant working closely with Anne throughout the remainder of the project… Anne was an absolute pleasure to work with—professional, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to communicate with... As with any construction project, there are always a few unexpected hiccups... We encountered one minor issue, and Anne went above and beyond with prompt communication, expert knowledge, and a quick resolution... She made the entire process seamless.. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, experienced, responsive, and truly enjoyable to collaborate with, Anne Davidson is the person you want on your team.. Thank you, Anne, for making our project a success… It was truly a pleasure working with you… Namaste, Vincent Mazzacone Manager The Zen Works LLC
