Brett & Sons Plumbing & Air LLC

During our kitchen remodel in Mt Vernon, we ran into a problem with the kitchen sink drain line and needed a plumber who could actually get it handled right. After meeting with two other plumbers and not getting the drain issue fully resolved, we found Brett & Sons Plumbing & Air Llc. Jonah quickly figured out what was going on, fixed the sink drain problem the right way, and charged a fair price for the plumbing work. A little later, he came back to help with some additional plumbing repairs, and the service was just as solid. Jonah was dependable, honest, hardworking, and took the time to make sure everything was flowing properly before finishing the job. It was a big help during the remodel, and the whole process felt smooth and professional. If we need any plumbing service again, from drain line work to other household plumbing repairs, we would gladly call again.

The plumbers were fantastic. I work from home, so having service done in my office adds an extra layer of concern, but the whole visit was handled really well. They arrived right on time, explained when they would need to make louder noise, and used solid plumbing parts for the leak repair and replacement work. What impressed me most was how careful and clean they were from start to finish. They protected the carpet with a tarp and catch tub while working, cleaned up dust from the wall area, and left the space looking spotless. You would hardly know any plumbing work had been done there. The leaks were fixed, the replacement parts were installed properly, and the overall plumbing service felt professional, efficient, and high quality.

I recently had a clogged toilet, and Brett & Sons Plumbing & Air Llc handled it fast and professionally. Jonah was the plumber who came out, and he was very polite, respectful, and made me feel at ease right away. He cleared the blockage quickly, checked that everything was draining the way it should, and shared helpful advice to help prevent future plumbing problems. He explained my repair options in simple terms and walked me through each step so I knew exactly what was being done. I also appreciated the follow-up call afterward to make sure the toilet was still working properly and that I was satisfied with the service. That kind of customer care really stood out to me. Because the visit went so well, I am already planning to have them return to replace a kitchen faucet that has been giving me trouble. I have some background around the plumbing trade because my father worked in plumbing for many years, so I notice when a plumber shows real courtesy, skill, and pride in the work. This experience reminded me of that same level of professionalism and honest service. The office staff was also easy to work with when setting up the appointment, and Samuel was very friendly, helpful, and pleasant during the scheduling process. From start to finish, the whole experience felt smooth, reliable, and well organized. I highly recommend them for toilet clogs, faucet issues, and general plumbing service.

I’ve used this plumbing service twice, and both times they were excellent. The first visit was for a sewer line issue. Another plumber had told me I would need a full sewer replacement, but this team took a careful look, used hydro jetting to clear the line, and fixed the problem for far less than expected. They explained the repair in simple terms, worked efficiently, and saved me from a much bigger job. More recently, I had a separate plumbing problem and was impressed that they answered my call late in the evening and had technicians out the next morning. Erick and Samuel found the issue quickly, handled the repair professionally, and made sure everything was working properly before they left. The whole process was smooth, the pricing was fair, and the quality of the work was outstanding. I would absolutely recommend them for sewer, drain, and general plumbing repairs.

I reached out online about a plumbing job and got a very fast response. Jonah was knowledgeable and quickly understood what was needed from the photos I sent, and he gave me a fair price along with a clear arrival window. Samuel arrived early, got right to work, removed my old water heater, installed the new one, reconnected the stove gas line, and checked all the connections carefully. He also cleaned the chimney cleanout area and tested everything to make sure the system was running safely and properly. The whole plumbing service was smooth, efficient, and very professional. It is hard to find a plumber who is this courteous, skilled, and honest. I will definitely use them again for any water heater or gas line plumbing needs and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service.
