Brightside Roofing and Siding

Frank was professional from the start. He patiently answered questions during walkthrough and was prompt in delivering estimates. He was very accessible when we had follow-up questions, and when it came time to do the work, he provided multiple timely updates. We ended up going a lot over the initial estimate, but Frank provided ample photo and video evidence of why extra work was needed. He also comped us some materials which it turns out we needed but was missed when he gave us the initial estimate. Overall, very reasonable and professional.

Frank and the team did an excellent job replacing our roof. Good communication, high quality work, and he was very honest and transparent about what work needed to be done and which items still had life left and could wait a while. I highly recommend.

Frank and team did a great job repairing our sunroom roof! They made the process easy and the repair was done quickly. The roof no longer leaks.

This is the second time I’ve used Brightside for roof repair. Frank is easy to communicate with and honest and fair. The team is professional and a pleasure to have at your home. Everything you don’t usually associate with roofing companies! We are lucky to have this company in Pelham.

Frank and team were top notch from start to finish. Very responsive, fairly priced, professional, and most importantly high quality work. I would recommend to others and hire again for future needs. Thank you Frank!
