Cagenio Home Technology

We had an initial consultation for a home entertainment system and really liked the proposed system. This was over a month ago. We have not received the promised quote and multiple attempts to contact the owner have been ignored.

Cagenio fixed our existing problematic wifi network, it now works flawlessly, they were easy to communicate with, remain responsive and are available whenever we need help troubleshooting/setting up new devices. They linked in our televisions, speakers, and security system in a matter of a couple of days. We couldn’t be happier with their attention to detail and customer service!

The staff at Cagenio were extremely helpful in product selection. The equipment was delivered on time, and they went above and beyond to assist me with the equipment wiring and configuration. A+

We used Darryl / Cagenio to setup our Lutron smart home system at our home in Kent and he was able to solve a unique lighting need we had to avoid tearing up 25 ft of sheetrock to get the lights wired. He and his team did an amazing job and were a pleasure to work with guiding us to the perfect solution while being mindful of costs. We enjoyed working with them so much that when we moved into our new apartment recently in the city we had them setup all of our AV / IT there as well!
