Caldwell AC Services

Steven, their tech was amazing!

Excellent service as usual! Jose' has been the best technician from all companies and industries I have worked with. He is always professional, thorough, and very friendly! It is always great to see him.

South Cooling came thru when my AC quit in the middle of a heatwave. I called, and a courteous tech arrived fast. He explained the fix clearly, was patient, and got the system cooling again without breaking the bank. Honest, reliable service I’ll call again.

I recently had a new heating system installed by this team, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The crew arrived on schedule, assessed our home's needs, and walked us through the available options with clear, no-pressure explanations. The installation itself was tidy and efficient, and our living space already feels warmer and more comfortable. They kept us informed throughout the process and were quick to answer follow-up questions after the job. Although they’re located a bit farther from our neighborhood, their responsiveness and quality more than made up for the extra travel. We’re happy to continue working with them for any future heating needs.

The most reliable plumber you have ever met. The person you are dealing with is a hardworking and honest individual. The work done is well done and done correctly. Would use them again. Highly recommended.
