I’ve been buying pool chemicals and supplies from Caribbean Pools for many years, but today the went above and beyond. I’d been struggling for a month to fix an issue with my pool’s hoses and water jet connectors, and even though it was an incredibly busy day for them, they came out to my home as a favor to help figure out what was wrong. I can’t tell you how frustrated I was and how upset I was that I couldn’t figure this out for my son. It was breaking my heart because he loves the pool. Paul did such an amazing job diagnosing and fixing the problem in about an hour, with his right-hand man Waldy (great hair by the way ;) , lending a hand every step of the way. Thanks to them, my son can finally use the pool after a month of frustration. This kind of service is what turns a customer into a loyal one. Thanks again, Paul and Waldy, and thank you to Caribbean Pools for taking care of us!

Avoid this company at all costs. They require 100% payment before the job even begins, and once they have your money, they work on their own timeline—if they come back at all. Although the pool was leveled, my yard was left looking like a construction site. Phil, who was responsible for leveling the yard, walked away claiming a retaining wall “wasn’t part of the job,” leaving the project unfinished. I was forced to spend an additional $7,000 out of my own pocket just to complete the work and make my yard usable. To make matters worse, they left me to dispose of all of the construction debris and garbage myself instead of cleaning up after the job. Since then, multiple contractors who came to my property have told me the job was not completed properly. Some of those contractors even know Paul Sr. personally and still said the work should never have been left in that condition. When I contacted Paul Sr., the owner, about these issues, he showed no interest in taking responsibility or making the situation right. I paid for a completed project and was left with an unfinished yard, thousands of dollars in unexpected expenses, and a pile of debris to clean up myself. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Paul and his team installed an Above Pool for me in the Bronx. The installers were professional. The experience was great and the cleanup was excellent. 😎👍
