Carlos responded promptly and provided a written estimate prior to doing the work. He was prompt on the day doing the work. He did exceptional work and cleaned up after completing. His rates were reasonable. Adding an edit to review 5/29/26: After contacting Carlos again to have additional work done, he failed to show up twice to look at what needed to be done. He showed up 4/15/26 to look at the job. I still have not received an estimate. I've reached out to him several times and he completely ghosted me. Not sure why - I've paid him cash and gave him a generous tip for the work he did complete. 🤷‍♀️
