We have relied on Cassidy for years now. They helped us with our intitial home renovation including a new boiler for hot water. They make great suggestions for long term planning and they also provide solutions for short term fixes that fall within our budget.

We had what we thought was a leaky pipe. Mike helped us figure out the problem. He was very sincere and personable. My wife then found leaking water under the manifold near our water tank. Mike explained and began to trouble shoot the problem by testing the efficiency of the water tank and inspecting the manifold. We will be repairing that issue with you guys this November. They promised me it would be around $90, and when they got into the bidet install the old toilet they were working on proved difficult. They opted to cut off the old permanently installed stuff and install new for me at no extra cost, keeping the price as promised but was likely more work and parts than they anticipated. I appreciate them being honest with me and doing what they can so I would have a working toilet with new bidet when they left. Thanks guys!

From start to finish, the service was excellent. Kai, the disptcher/receptionist, was wonderful--very helpful and kept me updated with texts about the technician and arrival window.
