Chapter Renovation

My parents hired Chapter for a pretty extensive renovation of our Westchester home, including a new kitchen, refinishing the floors, 3.5 bathrooms, and a few other updates throughout the house. Permitting took a little longer than we originally expected, but once construction started everything moved along well. Sami managed the project and was great at keeping everything organized and moving. Dorothy did an amazing job with the design and really understood the look we wanted. Overall, very happy with the experience and how the house turned out.

I hired Chapter to renovate the kitchen and first floor of my home in Stamford, CT. The project included new flooring, lighting, painting, and a complete kitchen remodel. Sami and the team were organized, easy to work with, and the quality of the finished work really shows. Very happy with how everything came together.

Chapter renovated the basement in our Westchester home, turning an unfinished space into a family room, guest bedroom, and full bathroom. Sami managed the project and was great throughout, especially keeping everything moving and communicating with us along the way. The basement feels like a completely new part of the house now. Very happy with the result. Definitely recommend

I hired Chapter to completely redo the basement in my house in White Plains. It was basically unused space before, and the plan was to turn it into a real extension of the house with a full bathroom, small kitchenette, movie theater, and an open area for the kids. Sami managed the project and was great to work with. He kept everything moving, coordinated all the different trades, and was always available when I had questions. Katia helped us with the design, and I especially liked what she did with the movie theater and kitchenette. The basement does not feel like a basement anymore. It feels like we added another floor to the house. Really happy with the project and how much usable space we gained.

I hired Chapter for two different remodeling projects on investment properties in Westchester, and both experiences were excellent. Sami managed the work on both homes and did a great job keeping everything organized and moving quickly. The team handled a full interior upgrade on each property along with some minor exterior work, and the turnaround was much faster than I expected. The updates were exactly what the properties needed, and the quality of the work was solid throughout. I’m very happy with how both projects came out and would definitely use Chapter again for future investment renovations.
