City Smart Systems NYC - Security Systems & Camera Installation

Working with Endrit and the City Smart team has been a genuinely great experience. They are responsive, professional, and easy to work with, and they treat the relationship like a partnership rather than a transaction. Questions get answered quickly, issues are handled without the runaround, and Endrit especially is consistently helpful and straightforward. For a local store, that kind of support makes a real difference. I would recommend Endrit and City Smart without hesitation.

Endrit Tuma and the team at City Smart Systems did an excellent job installing our security cameras. The setup was clean, fast, and professional. Highly recommended.

They did an amazing job installing my gemstone lights . Love these lights so much they are going to being installing more for me. All the wires are hidden and very professional from start to finish!

Can I give more than five stars? Because these guys absolutely earned a higher rating! I had a permanent light installation done yesterday, and my satisfaction with their work is off the charts. The experience began perfectly: they were incredibly punctual, arriving 30 minutes early, and brought a full team of well-equipped technicians who finished the entire job in record time. The quality of their work is phenomenal—neat, clean, and absolutely beautiful. Last night, neighbors were stopping by and texting me to comment on how great the lights look. I waited a year for these lights, and I'm so happy I chose to work with CSS. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future!
