Clarke's Pool Water

Needed new fresh clean water for swimspa, and I what I got was green gross water and even the delivery guy took pictures and said it doesn't look normal. So I called to get this problem solved. I sent pictures of the green water. The rudest lady you can imagine just said it's drinking water. I said look at the pictures, would you drink that green water? She said just add chlorine and run it through your filter system and maybe it will clear up. What!?! I need that water replaced with clean crystal clear water at no cost to me, she said, well that's not going to happen, you can buy another 3000 gallons if you want. I now have to dump this water and find another pool water supplier. 500 $ lost. Avoid this at all costs, horrible experience.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Pool water they deliver was green. We sent pictures, even delivery gut said something was wrong. The most rude woman told us we couldn't get a new delivery for free because that is drinking water. Who the hell would drink green water? She told us to put chlorine in it. We will never use this horrible company ever again. Disgusting business.

Tried calling 2 seperate times with no answer or call back. Also tried to send an email to the email address they direct to for quotes to get a quote and got 0 response (its been weeks now since). Can't say it was a positive interaction in any way, sorry.

Seamless transaction. Reached out to Greg on a Tuesday and my pool was filled by Thursday. No hidden charges, no issues, just a pool full of water and a happy family Delivery was made by a George who was pleasant and personable. Highly recommend.
