Classic Climate Controls Heating & Air Conditioning

While house sitting for my nephew and his family the A/C goes out in the middle of a heatwave. My nephew contacts Classic Climate Controls and they come, diagnose the problem and fix it. I was happy, the dogs were happy and the family came home to a cool house. Great job by Rick. I was very impressed.

They’re always there when you need them and don’t try to “sell” you more heating/cooling stuff than you need. I completely trust these guys!

Scott did a great job! Gave him a call and he was there in under 24 hours to fix my air conditioning. His years of experience are very apparent, fair pricing, and good communication. I will be using him again in the future. Thank you!

I began using this company at my house and had a great experience. I recommended them to my parents to have split units installed in their home. My parents had nothing but issues since the installation, from waiting for parts, no responses to phone calls, defective units, etc. It has been a year since we have heard from them after multiple texts messages and calls regarding new bearings for the units and still have yet to receive a response. The units continue to make noise and not work correctly since installation. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
