These guys know their stuff! Brought my water sample in and they diagnosed my issue quickly and had my pool looking crystal clear in no time!! Thank you Karl for the excellent service!

Was in talks with several pool companies and we went with Karl from classic pools. He was only guy that showed reliability and prompt service when getting quotes. He also did several pools In community and everyone was ecstatic. Classic pools in dutchess county is excellent

Karl is a professional who takes pride in his work. Very easy to work with.

I reached out to Classic Pools approximately a year ago to start planning an above ground pool at my residence. From the very beginning Karl’s guidance was top notch. As first time pool owners he came out to my house and took the time to explain all my options along with what type of equipment would suit our needs the best. He didn’t try to upsell us or pressure us to purchase unnecessary equipment. Karl is honest, genuine and someone who is truly passionate about what he does. As it got closer to installation, Karl delivered everything himself and kept in communication with me along the way. The installer, MJ also came out to my residence beforehand and on install day had a great team of people who were professional, efficient and played great music while they were working! The same day that the pool was being installed, Karl came out to check on the progress and a day or so later came out to show me how the pump, filter and accessories worked. I have had the pool for about two months now and anytime I have a question, Karl is very responsive and will either call me or come out to my residence without hesitation. We could not have had a better experience and would highly recommend the team at Classic Pools.

Classic pools is horrible! I have used them the last couple of years and my pool hasn’t been working properly. They replaced the pump less than a year ago and I was constantly having to backwash the pool every day and if I didn’t the miter would cut off and it eventually stopped working. I have beep complaining the entire time that sown thing was wrong and they just told me my water want clean enough and causing it. Well have a new pump with a different company rainbow pools now and haven’t had to backwash it yet in 3 weeks and the pool looks the best it ever has!
