Coastal Pools and Spas

We had an absolutely great experience working with Alex on our pool project from the early planning phase to our first memories swimming in the pool. One of the things that stood out most was how incredibly detail oriented and involved he was throughout the entire process. I consider myself to be a very organized and detail oriented person, so it was wonderful working with someone who approaches a project the same way. Alex does not waste your time or energy. If you ask him to take care of something, follow up on an issue, or look into even a small detail, you can essentially consider it done. Just as importantly, he follows up afterward, so you are never left wondering whether something was addressed. That kind of reliability takes an enormous amount of stress out of a project of this size. Alex was frequently at the job site personally checking on the work and making sure everything was being done correctly. You would randomly see him walking around inspecting things, and there were even times when he was literally down on his hands and knees checking the smallest details. He clearly takes pride in his work and pays attention to things that many people would probably overlook. He also stays on top of everyone involved in the project. He keeps the workers moving, follows up with inspectors, coordinates what needs to happen next, and makes sure there are no unnecessary delays. He does not waste time and is always thinking a few steps ahead to keep the project moving. Alex was also extremely helpful with the design. He is creative and came up with ideas and suggestions that helped us make the most of our space. What we especially appreciated was his honesty when it came to costs. He would point out areas where we could save money without sacrificing the end result, while also being upfront about areas where he felt it was worthwhile to spend a little more. We never felt like he was trying to upsell us. Building a pool is a major project with a lot of moving parts and countless decisions along the way. Having someone who guides you through every step and who you can genuinely trust to handle things makes a huge difference. From start to finish, the experience has been excellent. Alex is honest, reliable, friendly, hardworking, creative, and extremely detail oriented. Most importantly, he does what he says he is going to do. We could not be happier with our experience and would highly recommend Alex to anyone considering building a pool.

Our experience with coastal pools was nothing short of amazing from start to finish. Alex and his entire team were great to work with! Alex was very attentive to our questions and concerns. He explained everything to us, down to the minor details and was always readily available if a question arose. They take pride in their work and the results speak for themselves - everything is gorgeous! Coastal pools helped transform our backyard into a private oasis. We’re so grateful to have found and used this company. If you’re ever considering putting in a pool do not hesitate to reach out to them, you will not regret it, they’re wonderful at what they do!

We had an excellent experience with Coastal Pools installing our pool and patio. From start to finish, Alex and the team was professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with. Their workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding, and they kept us informed throughout the entire project. The finished pool and patio look beautiful and have completely transformed our backyard into the perfect outdoor space. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a pool or patio installation.

I mostly worked with Alex on the planning side, and he was pretty practical about what would and wouldn’t work for our yard. During construction, the crew led by Chris was consistent and didn’t leave us guessing about what was happening next.

Fantastic experience in every way possible, would highly recommend!
