They were able to respond promptly and to quickly and accurately diagnose the root cause of my plumbing problems. I was especially delighted that my 1998 Bock indirect water heater was repairable as compared to having to be replaced, and they were able to find compatible faucet cartridges for my dripping, discontinued Grohe faucets. I called for help with a sewage smell in my basement. Every time I called I talked to a different person who had no idea about any previous conversations or work done on the issue. Appointments were made that weren’t kept. When they finally came to take a look not only did they not solve the original issue but they cut pipe and left a mess everywhere, left the newly cut vent pipe open so I now also have odors from the sink, and charged me over $200. I ended up fixing the original problem myself by consulting the internet but still need to address the new problem they created. Never again.
