Exceptional customer service from start to finish. I was taking care of a few projects for my parents in Yonkers and called DiMella Electric on a Monday morning to explain an outdoor lighting issue. Rob was friendly, transparent, and took the time to discuss the problem. He even called me back about an hour later after doing some research. Knowing I was only in town for a short time, he rearranged his schedule and fit me in the very next afternoon. On Tuesday, Rob called to let me know he was about 40 minutes away, just as he had promised. He arrived with his father, Bob, and the two of them were an absolute pleasure to work with. They have that rare combination of old-school craftsmanship, deep experience, and genuine warmth. They were authentic, personable, and clearly take pride in both their work and how they treat their customers. They quickly diagnosed the problem, made the repair, and had everything working again in about 30 minutes. Professional, reliable, customer-focused, and true to their word.
