DONE RIGHT HANDYMAN SERVICES LLC

I have partnered with Elmer from Done Right to do several tasks at my home. Elmer was super responsive and efficient completing all in a couple of days. We did door replacements, wall repair and painting, and bathroom fixtures install/repair (towel rack, etc). The work was spotless and plan to continue to work together with Elmer!

I made a very last-minute request, and Elmer showed up on time, ready to help, was super responsive, reasonable price, and did an excellent job. I couldn’t find anyone else to help on such short notice and was so grateful to have found Elmer!

Great job done, will definitely use again.

Efficient and polite team of 3 got my jobs done quickly and well.

I reached out days in advance and asked for a specific time and a price quote so he could come to do a few things in my apartment. He said he would come by to see what I needed done so he could provide a quote. He did not do that. At 10 PM the night before he was supposed to come complete the actual service, he sent a quote of *$900* to do some basic things around my studio apartment like mounting my tv, mounting some basic Amazon shelves, and hanging picture frames. Even if it took him 8 hours to do that work, which it would not, that’s $112.50/hour. The quote was not itemized. There was no labor-hour estimate. No materials breakdown. Just an arbitrary $900 quote for basic services that would probably take 3 hours max. That’s ridiculous, and if I had gotten that information before, I could have had time to find more appropriately priced service elsewhere. And then he stopped responding to me. I will be letting everyone know about this ridiculous treatment.
