May 2026 Update: Eddie still refusing to own this one. Where’s my money Eddie??? March 2025 Update. Don’t let the “Aw shucks” facade fool you. He wasted $2500 of my money on an architect he said he needed, then tripled the price of his proposal. If he didn’t want the job, that’s fine, but don’t waste my money in the process. Still waiting for my refund Eddie. May 2022 - So Eddie replied to my “May 2022 Update” that he “wasn’t involved in the architectural process.” Really?? He 1) told me an architect would be required to ensure structural integrity 2) told me his final proposal was dependent upon the architect’s recommendation 3)selected and arranged for the first architect (no show) 4) selected and arranged for the 2nd architect ( never followed up) 5) selected and arranged for the 3rd architect Once again, demonstrates unwillingness to own a problem he created. Is that the type of service you want? May 2022 Update - Eddie still hasn’t reimbursed me for the $2500 he had me waste on his Landscape Architect. Apr 2021 Update -still waiting for my money back. Asked Eddie for a proposal to do some hard scaping in my front yard - regrading, stone wall, stone patio. He gave me a preliminary quote of $48,000 but told me we’d need to engage a landscape architect / engineer because the stone wall was high enough to require an engineer’s approval. He also suggested the architect could help refine the preliminary plan. I told him “Ok, let me know who you’re comfortable working with”. The first one he recommended never showed. The second one showed but never followed up. The third one said “$2500” for a plan. I said ok. After the preliminary plan was submitted, Eddie revised his quote to $148,000!!!! Yes, $148,000! Three times as much for the exact same work. I eventually got the exact same work done for $27,000 and it looks spectacular!! Eddie- I’m still waiting for you to repay me for the money I spent with your landscape architect.

I tried to use Eddie's Yard, I really tried. Put in two online requests for an estimate. Called and left a message. Called again and talked to someone who set up an appointment. Then Eddie called to cancel and said he would call back to reschedule. Never called. I really tried. But I refuse to chase people to give them money.

Worth every penny!! I used them for snow and lawn service. If you want dependable, top notch service Eddies Yard is the place to call!

Raised all their rates..mowing $5 week higher..plowing $30 higher !! $80 every 6 inches..Fall my yard looked terrible and my boyfriend ended up doing fall clean up..My salary didn't increase and yet snow removal increase was insane..
