Edwards Brothers Plumbing & Electrical

I needed a new heating oil tank because my old one was worn out and no longer reliable. After dealing with other plumbing and oil service companies in the past and not being satisfied, this experience was a big change for the better. I called for help, and they said someone would come out to inspect the job and give me an estimate. Luis arrived right on time as promised, looked over the full setup carefully, explained the work in simple terms, and gave me a very fair quote. Once I approved the job, the installation team showed up at the scheduled time and got right to work. The two technicians worked steadily until the new oil tank installation was fully finished, and it was clear they knew their plumbing and heating work well. They paid attention to the connections, made sure everything was set up properly, and left the area very clean when the job was done. They also arranged for a fuel delivery, which made the whole process even easier and more convenient. This was the first time in a long while that I felt completely happy with this type of service. The whole team was professional, respectful, and took real pride in their work. I would gladly use them again for heating oil tank service, plumbing-related repairs, and any future home service needs.

After a bad experience with a big-name plumbing company when our hot water heater started acting up, we called Edwards Brothers Plumbing & Electrical. We had used them before for smaller plumbing repairs and had always been happy with their fast response, fair pricing, and helpful service, so we trusted them with this larger job too. Luis arrived first thing the next morning and carefully inspected the water heater to make sure replacement was really the best option. Once he confirmed that a new unit was the right fix, he took time to explain our choices in simple terms, answered our questions, and helped us understand what would work best for our home and plumbing system. The installation was scheduled quickly, and the work was done efficiently and professionally. The crew was polite, respectful, and easy to work with throughout the whole process. It was also very helpful that Luis coordinated the electrical work needed for the new water heater, which made the repair much smoother and easier for us. Everything was cleaned up well after the job, and they made sure we knew how to use and maintain the new system before leaving. The final price was also much lower than the quote we got from the other larger plumbing company. We were very pleased with the entire experience and would gladly recommend them for water heater replacement, plumbing repairs, and other home service needs.

Miguel with Edwards Brothers Plumbing & Electrical has handled several plumbing jobs at my home over time. some were small, like replacing worn shutoff valves and updating old fittings, and some were much bigger, like putting in a full new sewer line from my basement out toward the street after an old cast iron pipe failed. when water started showing up through the ceiling late at night, Miguel came out quickly, traced it to a bad toilet seal, and helped me avoid a much larger repair. They are a smaller plumbing service, so you may need to leave a message and plan the appointment ahead, but that has never been a problem for me. he always shows up, explains the issue in simple terms, and stands behind the work. the quality has been excellent every time. In my basement, the new drain lines are laid out neatly, the pump for the lower sink works great, and the solder joints, valves, and pipe connections all look clean and professional. It is hard to find this kind of dependable plumbing service in Mt Vernon, and i am very pleased with the results and the care put into the job.

My experience was excellent. On a very cold Friday morning in Mt Vernon, we lost heat and needed emergency plumbing and heating service right away. I called for help, and the crew arrived within the hour. Luis and Johnathan were knowledgeable, polite, and true professionals. They got the heating system running again temporarily, explained the issue clearly, and ordered the needed replacement part. When the heat shut off again on Monday morning, they were already on the way with the part. They completed the repair the same day, checked that everything was working properly, and made sure the system was running safely before leaving. The whole process was smooth, the service was prompt, and the price was fair. I would highly recommend them for plumbing and heating work.

Want to give a shout out to company: Edwards Brothers Plumbing & Electrical and especially to johnathan. We have called him out a few times for plumbing work, and the most recent visit was for two leaking faucets, one in the laundry room and one at the master bath sink in our home in Mt Vernon. A couple of weeks earlier, johnathan checked both fixtures, diagnosed the issue, and even spoke directly with the Delta parts team while he was here so the correct faucet parts could be identified and ordered right away. When he returned, he installed the new parts and had both leaks fixed in no time. he was professional, efficient, and easy to talk to, and he clearly knows his plumbing trade. the whole process felt smooth from start to finish, and we really appreciated how he explained the repair in simple terms. if we have any other plumbing or faucet problems, we will definitely ask for him again.
